Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of Premium Fashion Brand we are looking for an:
Executive Assistant
The incumbent will support the COO in both strategic and operational coordination, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the management of company priorities.
This role will act as a strategic partner, capable of optimizing processes while actively fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results;
- Lead cross-functional and transversal initiatives, particularly those without a clearly defined owner within the organization;
- Act as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations, and company newsletters;
- Filter and manage requests addressed to the COO,
independently resolving operational matters and ensuring that management remains focused on high-impact activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Management, Business, or Marketing;
- +5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and its organizational dynamics;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Analytical mindset and solid project management skills;
- Discretion, professional presence, and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive and/or confidential matters.
Location: Milan.
Salary range: €50.000 – € 60.000
