We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across Eight Sleep. You'll act as an internal headhunter, proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent rather than waiting on inbound applications.



You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build and manage pipelines, run a sharp interview process, and help us scale the teams that power our growth. Own full‐cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager through sourcing, screening, interviews, and hire
Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role scoping and run a fast, rigorous interview process end to end
Adapt across functions as hiring needs change, keeping pipeline data clean and metrics sharp in our ATS (Ashby).
2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally blending agency or executive search with an in-house stint at a high-growth startup, D2C, or tech company
Experience recruiting internationally across Europe and the US, comfortable navigating different markets, comp norms, and hiring practices
Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates, with LinkedIn outreach campaigns that actually co
