As Operations Manager, you’ll lead and refine our operational systems, driving efficiency and scalability. You’ll act as the central hub across departments, ensuring smooth workflows, process improvements, and strategic alignment.

- Oversee daily operations across both Movement and Wellness teams.
- Lead process improvements and implement new systems for scalability.
- Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring accountability.
- Manage cross-team communication, workflows, and project execution.
- Partner with leadership to scale operations as the business grows.
