Overview In this role you will design and lead IT projects for the Manufacturing, Purchasing and Product Data unit at Barilla’s Parma HQ. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, monitor progress, and ensure governance and security-by-design for solutions. You work closely with global business partners and IT teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions across SAP, MES and related domains.

Responsabilità
- Define and maintain project plans and schedules; manage internal/external resources
- Allocate resources, monitor progress, and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Design innovative solutions or leverage existing tech based on cost/agevolazioni
- Maintain relationships with Process Owners and Key Users; ensure documentation and deliverables meet IT standards
- Promote team alignment and effective communication within the project
- Evaluate process improvement requests and conduct in-depth analysis with owners
- Ensure solutions meet requirements and consider evolutions and synergies
- Involve Application Maintenance for proper handover and support project governance and user acceptance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years in system integration consulting or IT roles within multinational companies
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP; expertise in procurement and manufacturing; SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Ability to design articulated solutions selecting best technologies
- Project Management skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional/international teams
- Strong relational and leadership skills
- High energy, proactive problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of MES systems, IIOT platforms, or Vendor Management Platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba, Jagger) is a plus
