In this role you own the regional cluster of cities, guiding strategic expansion and partner on-boarding to build profitable, market-leading cities. You collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing and other teams to optimize the user experience, partner mix, and pricing/promotions. You will drive end-to-end city growth, from coverage decisions to uptime improvements and weekly performance reviews. This is a fast-paced, impact-forward position that shapes how we scale in your region and deliver exceptional experience to riders and customers.

Drive expansion decisions and coordinate with Operations to improve city presence
Set partner acquisition priorities and manage pipeline to grow top partners
Directly improve partner uptime and content quality through targeted outreach and optimization
Own city-level promotional planning with top partners
Own the city-level Weekly Business Review and reporting
Focus on growing priority cities and executing appealing promotions
Ownership mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets
Ability to translate complex data into prioritized actions (GMV, contribution margin, uptime, conversion)
Strategic prioritization to allocate scarce resources effectively
Cross-functional influence across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and account teams
Commercial and negotiation skills with partners in marketplace/retail/food-delivery contexts
Organizational excellence managing multiple cities, cycles, and deadlines
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluent Italian and professional English; willingness to travel
