At ADAMA, we are focused on creating simplicity in agriculture - helping farmers grow. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead to join our Italy team and help turn our commercial strategy into impactful, customer-focused campaigns.
This role sits at the heart of Sales and Marketing, driving campaign excellence, supporting new product launches and ensuring our teams are aligned and ready to deliver in the market.
What You Will Do
- Plan and coordinate commercial campaigns and territory action plans, ensuring activities are aligned with market needs, buying cycles and application windows.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities,
from pre-launch preparation through to launch and product adoption.
- Equip sales teams with the insights, tools and information they need to execute campaigns and launches effectively.
- Use customer, market and sales insights to identify high-potential opportunities and improve campaign ROI.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs and trends to help shape effective commercial action plans.
- Work closely with Crop Managers, Area Managers, Field Marketing and Sales teams to ensure strong execution across Italy.
- Track campaign performance against key KPIs, including market share, product usage, awareness and commercial performance.
- Support the delivery of Italy's growth strategy and monitor ROI against campaign targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners and key external stakeholders.
