Overview In this role you will service cutting-edge proteomics instruments at customer sites to keep operations running and enable breakthroughs in human health. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, tackling complex hardware, software and chemistry issues. You’ll be on the road roughly 60% of the time, diagnosing problems and delivering durable, root-cause fixes.

This is a hands-on, field-facing role with meaningful impact on product performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive when solving challenging problems in dynamic environments.

Responsabilità

- Install, maintain and repair complex lab systems on-site
- Troubleshoot technical problems under pressure
- Drive root-cause fixes beyond quick patches
- Represent the company in customer sites while traveling extensively

Requisiti fondamentali

- Science/engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systems
- Knack for root cause analysis
