Overview In this role you drive international sales growth by supporting distributors and partners, building long-term B2B relationships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions. You’ll participate in a training program in Wales before relocating to Italy to join a regional sales hub. The position blends international travel, market insight, and cross-cultural collaboration to expand into new and existing markets. You’ll contribute to shaping the company’s global export strategy.

Responsabilità
- Support distributors and international partners in commercial and after-sales activities
- Develop long-term relationships with B2B customers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand sales in existing and emerging markets
- Contribute to development and organization of the international sales network
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events
- Monitor market developments and provide commercial insights
- Travel internationally up to ~50% of time
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Experience in sales, export sales, business development or customer-facing B2B roles
- Willingness to frequent international travel
- Willingness to complete training in Wales and relocate to Italy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments
- Experience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rescue equipment, technical textiles, outdoor products or related sectors (beneficial)
