Overview

As an E2E System Engineer in the Observation system department, you will contribute to end-to-end system design and verification for satellite observation platforms. You’ll develop SAR-related algorithms, analyze and flow down requirements, and model optical payload performance. You’ll perform mission analysis, calibration activities, and verification planning, while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust space systems.

This role offers the chance to help shape high-precision remote sensing missions and contribute to Space for Life goals.

Responsabilità

- Develop scientific algorithms for SAR remote sensing, image processing, and mission analysis
- Perform Engineering Requirements Analysis and flow-down
- Create mathematical models and budgets for optical payload performance
- Conduct Mission Analysis for Satellites Optical Systems




- Carry out calibration activities for operative SAR systems
- Apply knowledge of satellite system physical/functional architecture
- Define and execute End-to-End Verification approach
- Produce technical documents and project reports

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering master degree
- Ph.D. preferred
- strong analytical and technical skills
