Salary & Benefits
- Salary with Company Accommodation:
€1,040.68 gross/month (Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas/Holiday bonuses + your apartment & utilities fully covered!)
- Salary without Company Accommodation: €1,240.17 gross/month (If you prefer finding your own flat)
- Paid Training Period: €92.80/week during the 10-day initial training (in English).

Who We Are Looking For
- Native / Fluent Italian (C2) with good working English (B2) for training and internal communication.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and excited to live and work in a multicultural setting.
- Ready to work in a 40h/week rotational shift model (Monday-Sunday).
- Valid EU passport or existing work authorization for Portugal.
