Overview In this senior, hands-on HRIS role you will partner with HR leaders to design and implement Workday solutions across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. You’ll lead configuration, testing, and annual cycles while driving AI-enabled automation within HR tech. You will mentor the team, manage projects, and help shape future technology direction. This fully remote position places you at the center of global HR initiatives, delivering impact through data integrity, governance, and scalable processes.

Responsabilità
Guide HR leaders and COEs to recommended Workday solutions, configure and implement changes across core modules and security Deliver and own recurring annual processes (e.g., year-end performance reviews and calibration) Serve as senior point of contact for complex Tier 2/3 issues and ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance Build, test, and deploy AI-enabled HR solutions and intelligent workflows; identify process improvements Provide formal and informal mentoring, training,
and troubleshooting guidance to analysts Plan and lead projects/releases, define scope, timelines, risks, and testing needs
Requisiti fondamentali
Seven+ years of relevant HRIS/HR technology or enterprise applications experience Significant hands-on Workday configuration across multiple functional areas (talent and recruiting) Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, security concepts, testing, and release management Ability to independently resolve complex issues and manage projects from start to finish Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills Ability to learn quickly and apply AI responsibly and securely Preferred: Workday certifications; experience with AI, automation, or intelligent workflows; experience with analytics tools like Power BI analytical thinking clear communication stakeholder management Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting configuration Workday reporting and security AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflows
