Overview In this role you will shape brand strategy and segment markets to drive the portfolio's goals. You will partner with brand leads to develop messaging and launches, integrating insights from HCPs and patient stakeholders. You will lead strategic and tactical plans, measure impact with defined metrics, and manage agency partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will mentor teammates and collaborate across functions to support growth and market leadership.

Responsabilità
Shape brand strategy and market segmentation,
including launches and label expansions Direct the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for assigned products Collaborate with external communications review committee for materials intended for customers Generate and consolidate insights from market research and stakeholder engagements Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support business goals Ensure metrics exist to measure tactic impact in the field Lead and manage agency partners to ensure on-budget, timely delivery Act as advisor/coach to mentored team members
Requisiti fondamentali
Direct experience with communications review committee for review of tactics Ability to translate insights into business opportunities Strong analytical mindset to lead problem solving Proven track record in strategy development, recommendations, and performance monitoring Knowledge of market forecasts and revenue drivers Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related field strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration leadership and mentoring market research and insights generation strategic planning and execution analytical problem solving
