Overview In this role you will lead Condé Nast Italia’s Project Management team to deliver cross‑platform commercial projects. You will partner with Brand Marketing and Sales in pre‑sale planning and own end‑to‑end execution, production, and profitability of custom and tentpole campaigns. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the delivered outcome aligns with the sold proposal. You will shape project planning, risk management, and client relationships at scale in a dynamic media environment.

Responsabilità
Lead all execution and delivery activities for cross‑platform commercial projects (video, advertorials, branded content, social, events) Define and manage project plans including activities, timelines, milestones and approvals Manage internal PM team (5 people) and coordinate external teams (2 people) Oversee information flow and approvals with Editorial Identify and manage project risks Manage suppliers (journalists, videographers, photographers, technical providers)
Maintain post‑sale client interactions and project delivery alignment Supervise production budgets and timelines with direct P&L; responsibility Support Brand Marketing in final reports and case studies for custom and tentpole projects Ensure alignment between commercial proposals and final deliverables
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years as Lead/Head/Senior Project Manager in media, creative agencies, or related fields End‑to‑end production experience for cross‑platform content (video, advertorials, social campaigns, events) Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) Direct client management and supervision of productions, shoots, events Team leadership experience or strong leadership attitude Solid budgeting, P&L; management, and project margin monitoring Commercial mindset with ability to align editorial, creative, and commercial requirements Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Academic Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields leadership strong communication problem solving budgeting and P&L; management project planning and scheduling cross‑functional coordination
