Requisiti fondamentali
Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery Experience managing technical teams and external providers Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance Experience with ITIL-based service management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Fluent English stakeholder management communication analytical thinking Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
