Own and execute the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities aligned with business objectives Lead and develop a global, cross-functional team with accountability and customer focus Accelerate AI, Generative AI, data analytics and physical AI adoption across the portfolio Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, startups, venture capital,
and acquisition opportunities Drive profitability and lifecycle management from pricing to phase-in and phase-out decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products in industrial automation or robotics Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, Data Analytics and digital service business models with track record of commercialization at scale Proven leadership of global teams in complex matrix organizations with senior stakeholder management Experience evaluating partnerships, M&A; opportunities, or technology ecosystems and building business cases Fluent in English (written and spoken) leadership of global teams stakeholder management customer-centric mindset AI adoption Generative AI Data Analytics
