App Review Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented App Review Assistant to join our mobile product team. In this role, you will test, evaluate, and review mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards, user experience guidelines, and app store compliance rules (Apple App Store & Google Play Store) before release.

Responsabilità / Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough hands-on testing of iOS and Android app builds to identify bugs, navigation issues, and design flaws.
- Evaluate apps against Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies to ensure submission compliance.
- Write clear, objective, and detailed bug reports, usability feedback, and performance summaries for the development team.
- Monitor, categorize, and respond to user reviews and ratings on public app store pages.
- Maintain internal documentation regarding app version updates, submission statuses, and test results.
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to track issue resolution prior to launch.

Esigenze / Requirements:





- Strong familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems, mobile UI/UX patterns, and app store guidelines.
- Excellent written communication skills in English to produce concise technical reports and customer-facing responses.
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tracking and reproducing software bugs.
- Experience with project management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, TestFlight) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple testing schedules, and meet tight release deadlines.
