Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear vision: to become a leading player in the industry.As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to lead our operations team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day business.Your RoleAs Operations Team Lead, you will oversee freight forwarding operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, and handling operational activities when needed.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the daily activities of the Operations department- Support, coach, and develop a small team of operations professionals- Actively participate in day-to-day operational activities, including import and export shipments- Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes and workflows- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations- Monitor operational performance and control costs while maintaining service quality- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, suppliers,
