pb Accounting Manager /bp Se desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti. brpb About Us /b /pp We are a management company acting on behalf of a private family office, with a diversified real estate portfolio across Tuscany and Northern Italy, including hospitality assets, residential developments and other real estate investments. /pp As the portfolio continues to grow and become increasingly institutionalised, we are strengthening our Finance function and developing solid, efficient and structured accounting and reporting processes. /p pb The Role /b /pp We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. /pp Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will oversee the accounting and administrative activities of several group entities, support periodic financial reporting and ensure the proper management of tax and statutory requirements. /pp This is a hands-on and operational role, with regular interaction with the Finance Director, management, external accountants, tax advisors and local administrative teams. /pp The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple legal entities and different asset classes within a dynamic and growing environment. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Oversee the general accounting activities of multiple companies and legal entities. /lili Review the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable. /lili Coordinate and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll payments. /lili Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting on an accrual basis.



/lili Manage reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and adjusting journal entries. /lili Ensure alignment between statutory accounting under Italian GAAP (OIC) and management reporting. /lili Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors. /lili Monitor tax and statutory compliance across the different entities. /lili Support treasury activities and payment processes. /lili Support the preparation of annual financial statements and external audit activities. /lili Contribute to the improvement of accounting, administrative and ERP processes. /lili Support the Finance Director with financial reporting and analysis. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli3–5 years of experience in accounting, administration or audit. /lili Solid knowledge of general accounting and Italian GAAP (OIC). /lili Good knowledge of IFRS. /lili Experience working with multiple companies or legal entities. /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. /lili Good understanding of Italian tax requirements, particularly VAT. /lili Good professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /lili CPA or ACCA qualification, or currently pursuing the qualification, will be considered a strong preference.
