Responsabilità
- Manage non-conformity incidents and coordinate with functions, suppliers, and customers
- Serve as point of reference for customers on non-conformities and during process audits/visits
- Maintain accurate quality data to understand status and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to achieve unit targets and world-class performance
- Support deployment of quality strategy, culture, systems, and tools
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Statistical analysis skills
- Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Proactive, team-oriented, comfortable with international environment and multiple time zones
