ams OSRAM is seeking a senior IC validation engineer to lead bring-up and validation of RF, analog and high-speed digital ICs. You will develop validation plans, characterize across PVT, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
You will mentor junior engineers and ensure tight correlation between simulations and silicon measurements, supporting customer evaluations and presentations.
