enhancing and developing the business /lili Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies /lili Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication /lili Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /lili Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /lili Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies /li /ul pb Key Requirements /b /pul xrdbqlu li Deep passion for fashion and luxury /lili Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /lili Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude /lili Ability to adapt to different customers /lili Team-playing attitude /lili Strong communication skills /lili Ability to work in a dynamic environment /lili Fluent in english.
