Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy’s luxury hospitality landscape. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For: /strong /ppWe are looking for a strongDistribution Manager /strong to join our team in direct support of the strongDirector of Revenues Hotels Trains. /strongIn this role, the Distribution Manager oversees the distribution strategy across all sales channels, ensuring rate, inventory, and content accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities. They work closely with the Revenue team to optimize channel performance, monitor distribution efficiency, and support overall commercial growth. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Activities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliCollaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives /lili Manage distribution tools platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity /liliLead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings,
coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation /lili Act as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performance /liliSteer channel mix, inventory allocation rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platforms /liliAnalyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performance /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field /lili Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industry /lili Strong understanding of GDS ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structures /lili Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders /lili Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /liliProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); PMS (Opera is a plus); CRS (Synxis is a plus) /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /liliKnowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantage /liliProactive, solution-oriented, and committed to results /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer: /strong /ppbr / /pulliAnnual gross salary ranging from €45.000 to €55.000 /liliMeal vouchers; /liliSupplementary health insurance; /liliA culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppemOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
