To reinforce our Quality Management System (QMS) and sustain our growth, we are looking for a motivated b Quality Engineer / Officer /b to join our team in b Torino /b). /p pb Your Role: /b /p p As Quality Engineer / Officer, you will work closely with the Quality Manager as well as AYES Executives / Business Managers / HR officers Recruiters + Customers to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of AYES’ Quality Management System. Your role will be mainly to act as the AYES Quality Management interlocutor in Italy. You will also be involved in some activities abroad, in relation with the AYES’ international subsidiaries (Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany the UK). /p pb Your responsibilities /b : /p ulli Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS, based on: /li /ulpb -ISO 9001 /b (already deployed in 5 countries, currently being deployed in 2 new countries) /ppb -EN9100 /b (currently being deployed in Italy) /ppb -TISAX /b (already deployed in Italy) /pulli Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.



/lili Supporting Business Managers in answering customers’ quality (or related subjects such as social or environmental) requirements, including filling in homologation questionnaires. /lili Monitoring compliance in the execution of our activities (technical projects) and contributing to corrective and preventive actions. /lili Promoting quality culture across the company through training, communication, and best practices. /li /ul pb Your Profile: /b /p ulli Background in Quality Management, with knowledge of b ISO 9001 /b principles. /lili Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. /lili Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. /lili Mandatory u good English level /u (written and spoken). /lili Experience with audits (internal or external) is appreciated. /lili Familiarity with EN9100 standard is a plus (not mandatory). /li /ul pb What we offer: /b /p p The compensation package for this role ranges from €24.000 to €33.000 and will be evaluated based on professional experience, acquired skills, and outcomes from the selection process. /pp This position includes employment under the "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi" CCNL /p pb Why Join AYES? /b /p ulli An opportunity to contribute directly to the structuring and development of the company. /lili An international dynamic workplace. xrdbqlu /lili Room to grow your skills, responsibilities and enhance your career! /li /ul /p /p
