Key Responsibilities /b /pulliIndependently develop the Italian solar PV market and build relationships with key customers, including EPC companies, project developers, power plant owners and other major industry partners. /liliIdentify business opportunities for ground-mounted, rooftop and BIPV mounting system projects. /liliManage the full sales process, from initial customer contact and project development to technical solution coordination, commercial negotiation and contract signing. /liliWork closely with the internal technical team to provide suitable solutions based on customer and project requirements. /liliAchieve annual sales targets and continuously expand Antaisolar's presence in the Italian market. /liliCoordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery. /liliMaintain long-term relationships with key local customers and improve customer satisfaction. /liliMonitor Italian market trends and competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations for local business strategy.
/liliRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, customer meetings and other business development activities. /li /ulpb2. Qualifications and Requirements /b /pulliBachelor's degree or above. /liliExperience in solar PV, renewable energy or related B2B sales is preferred. /liliStrong customer development, communication and commercial negotiation skills. /liliGoal-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure. /liliFluent Italian as a working language. /liliStrong business English communication skills. /liliWillingness to travel approximately 20% of the year and adapt to the European business environment. /liliExisting relationships with Italian solar customers, EPC companies, developers or other relevant industry partners will be a strong advantage. /liliNative or near-native Italian proficiency is preferred; Chinese language skills are considered a plus. /li /ulpbr/p
