Join our top-notch team of approximately 43,500 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®. /ppThe Job: /ppbr/ppAs the bItaly Payroll Specialist /b, you’ll be part of our bPayroll /b team. /ppbYou’ll get to: /b /pulliSupport the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management, and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP. /liliPerform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. /liliManage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities. /liliOversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements. /liliVerify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness and accuracy. /liliPrepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports. /liliCollaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations. /liliResolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. /liliSupport year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits,



and payroll-related projects. /li /ulpbr/ppbThe Person: /b /ppYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation.
