Job Description

Experience & Technical Skills

- Proven experience in welding operations across various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and structural welding principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in welding equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- Thorough understanding of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.

Skills & Abilities

- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical capability to perform demanding manual work in varying environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all work undertaken.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production schedules.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

- Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent recognised qualification).




- Experience working in marine or resort construction environments.
- Knowledge of material durability considerations in tropical climates.
- Experience working collaboratively within skilled trade teams.
