pb About the Company /bp Deal is a world leader in the field of specialised equipment for bridge and viaduct construction and all associated engineering services. Deal equipment has been used in the construction of over 5.9 million sqm of decks all over the world with Deal’s parent company executing directly roughly 2.5 million sqm of these. Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices. /pp Website: the Role /pp The Draftsman ensures the timely development of accurate and reliable technical drawings and documentation that support engineering, manufacturing and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. /pp The role translates engineering concepts into clear, compliant and high-quality technical documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements, applicable standards and Company procedures. /pp Per candidarsi, è sufficiente leggere la seguente descrizione del lavoro e assicurarsi di allegare i documenti pertinenti. brpb Responsibilities /b /ppb Design Production /b /pulli Support the Design Engineer throughout the design development process, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, procedures and project requirements. /lili Develop detailed drawings for machinery, steel structures and other project components, using CAD and 3D modelling sofware (e.g. AutoCAD, Inventor), ensuring alignment with engineering calculations, design requirements and applicable standards. /lili Translate engineering concepts, calculations and design requirements into accurate, clear and complete technical drawings. /lili Produce and update 2D and 3D drawings and models, ensuring the accuracy,



consistency and completeness of engineering documentation before issue. /lili Incorporate design revisions, engineering changes and customer comments into technical drawings, ensuring proper document control and traceability. /lili Coordinate with Design Engineers and other internal functions to collect technical information and support the development of engineering documentation. /lili Coordinate with external engineering and drafting consultants, reviewing drawings, sketches, specifications and technical information to ensure consistency with approved design concepts. /lili Discuss and implement design revisions and technical changes agreed with the Design Engineer/Engineering Manager. /lili Verify that drawings comply with customer specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes, standards and Company procedures. /li /ul pb Document Management /b /pulli Maintain and archive engineering drawings and technical documentation within the Company's document management systems in accordance with internal procedures. /lili Support technical clarifications related to drawings and engineering documentation during project execution, when required. /li /ul pb Technical Development /b /pulli Maintain and continuously develop the technical and professional competencies required for the role through active participation in training, learning and development initiatives.



/lili Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and organizational performance by identifying improvement opportunities, reporting issues and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li /ul pb Health, Safety Compliance /b /pulli Ensure compliance with Company policies, the Code of Ethics, applicable laws and regulations, as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and requirements. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Technical diploma (Industrial/Mechanical background) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. /lili At least 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman in mechanical and/or steel structures design. /lili Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design software, particularly AutoCAD and Inventor. /lili Ability to develop and manage technical drawings and models with accuracy and attention to detail. /lili Good knowledge of technical drawing principles, standards and documentation processes. /lili Good English knowledge /lili Excellent attention to detail and commitment to drawing quality. /lili Proactive approach, problem-solving attitude and commitment to continuous learning and development. /li /ul p Position report to the Head of Engineering.
