The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a complex international environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders remotely, and ensuring high-quality compliance delivery across several markets. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p pb Finance Compliance Statutory Oversight /b /pulli Execute statutory and finance compliance activities for assigned affiliates /lili Work closely with external service providers to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements /lili Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and group-level requirements /lili Monitor the quality and accuracy of finance compliance deliverables /li /ulpb Audit Management /b /pulli Lead and coordinate internal and external audits for assigned affiliates /lili Plan audit activities and align with SSC teams, external auditors, and internal stakeholders /lili Ensure complete, accurate, and timely preparation of audit evidence /lili Track audit findings, follow up on remediation actions, and escalate unresolved topics when needed /li /ulpb Tax Compliance /b /pulli Coordinate tax compliance activities with external providers /lili Ensure timely and accurate submissions across relevant tax areas, including VAT, CIT, deferred tax, withholding tax,
and local statutory reporting obligations /lili Support tax audits and related documentation requests /lili Act as a key contact point for tax compliance matters across assigned countries /li /ulpb Internal Controls, Service Quality Continuous Improvement /b /pulli Work closely with SSC teams to ensure proper accounting and compliance execution /lili Monitor service delivery quality across relevant finance processes, especially STP and RTR /lili Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks or recurring issues, and initiate improvement actions /lili Support and execute internal compliance activities, including local risk assessments, risk control matrixes, and annual compliance reporting /lili Act as a first point of contact for group-level compliance policies and participate in corporate compliance calls /li /ulpb Stakeholder Collaboration /b /pulli Collaborate with regional finance teams, controlling, credit management, finance excellence teams, SSC, external providers, and business stakeholders /lili Ensure smooth end-to-end finance compliance delivery across assigned affiliates /lili Influence and coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries /li /ulpb Scope of the Role /b /pulli Individual contributor role /lili No direct people management responsibility /lili No budget responsibility /lili Occasional travel may be required /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field /lili Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit,
