Invii la sua candidatura facendo clic sul pulsante "Candidati". brp Opdenergy is now looking for a strong Procurement Specialist /strong to manage procurement processes in Italy. /p pb What will you help with /b /p ulli Manage procurement processes for local services related to the construction, grid connection, and operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants. /lili Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified engineering service providers and technical suppliers. /lili Understand project requirements and translate them into appropriate procurement strategies and scopes of work. /lili Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including the preparation of tender documentation and comparison of technical and commercial proposals. /lili Coordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Development teams, to define technical and commercial requirements. /lili Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, coordinating the technical and commercial assessment with the relevant internal teams. /lili Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and support the selection of the most suitable providers based on cost, quality, technical capabilities, schedule and project requirements. /lili Work closely with the Legal Department and internal stakeholders on the preparation,



negotiation and execution of contracts and service agreements. /lili Manage the supplier qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal procurement procedures. /lili Monitor supplier performance, contractual conditions and delivery of services throughout the project execution phase. /lili Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and applicable project requirements. /lili Monitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the optimization of project procurement. /lili Maintain updated information on suppliers, market conditions, costs and availability of engineering and technical services. /li /ul pb Who you are /b /p ulli Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. /lili3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably within the renewable energy, EPC, engineering or construction sectors. /lili Ideally 3 years of proven experience with SAP software. /lili Previous experience purchasing or contracting engineering, technical or professional services related to the execution of renewable energy projects. /lili Excellent negotiating skills and understanding of key contractual terms. /lili Written and spoken English proficiency.
