pbEuropean Procurement Director /b– Renewables (BESS, Solar PV Wind) /ppbLocation: /b Milan, Italy /ppbSalary: /b Competitive + Premio /ppbr/ppbThe Opportunity /b /ppPiper Maddox are supporting a leading European IPP developing, financing and operating utility-scale bSolar PV, BESS and Onshore Wind /b projects across Europe. /ppbr/ppWith a significant multi-GW pipeline, they are looking for a bProcurement Director /b to lead their procurement strategy and supply chain operations from their Milan headquarters. /ppbr/ppYou will take strategic and operational ownership of procurement, combining high-value negotiations, tender management, supplier strategy and team leadership. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and implement procurement strategies across bSolar PV, BESS and Wind /b projects. /liliLead end-to-end bRFP/RFQ and tender processes /b, from supplier selection through to contract award. /liliNegotiate major equipment and supply agreements covering bBESS systems, PV modules, inverters, mounting structures and WTGs /b. /liliNegotiate and manage bEPC, BESS, LTSA and OM contracts /b. /liliOversee purchasing and bPO workflows /b, ensuring alignment with project financing and construction milestones. /liliCollaborate closely with bEPC, Engineering,



Development, Legal, Finance and Construction /b teams. /liliEnsure procurement activities meet corporate governance and ESG requirements. /li /ulpbr/ppKey Requirements /pullib10+ years' procurement experience /b within renewable energy, energy infrastructure or utilities. /liliProven experience managing procurement for butility-scale Solar PV and BESS /b; Wind/WTG experience is advantageous. /liliStrong knowledge of the European renewable energy supply chain, EPC market and major equipment suppliers. /liliProven experience negotiating high-value equipment and EPC contracts. /liliExperience leading and developing procurement teams. /lilibFluent Italian and English /b. /liliBased in or willing to relocate to bMilan /b, with regular office presence. /liliMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field. /li /ulpbr/ppWhat We Offer /pulliSenior leadership position within a bwell-capitalised, growing IPP /b. /liliOpportunity to shape procurement across a bmulti-GW European renewable portfolio /b. /liliExposure across bBESS, Solar PV and Wind /b. /liliCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li /ulpbr/p
