To support the industrialization of new products and enhance manufacturing performance through process analysis and the implementation of innovative technical solutions. /p h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, develop, and optimize stamping processes for metal components used in the automotive industry. /li liSupport the industrialization of new products and the introduction of new equipment and tooling. /li liCollaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance departments to ensure process stability and manufacturing efficiency. /li liAnalyze production performance and identify improvement actions related to efficiency, scrap reduction, machine downtime, and manufacturing costs. /li liDefine and update process parameters, operating standards, and work instructions. /li liParticipate in APQP activities and develop PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and Control Plans for new projects. /li liManage production trials, feasibility studies, and process validations. /li liSupport structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA. /li liMonitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, cycle time). /li liSupport the definition of technical specifications for new presses, automation systems, and production equipment.



/li liEnsure process compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Manufacturing principles. /li liProvide technical support and training to operators and production teams. /li liEnsure compliance with Health Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations in all process-related activities. /li liCollaborate with external suppliers in the development and modification of stamping dies and manufacturing equipment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent disciplines. /li liA Master's Degree or specialization in Manufacturing Engineering will be considered a plus. /li liTechnical High School Diploma (Industrial/Mechanical Technician) is desirable. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liFrom 3 to 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer within manufacturing companies involved in industrial stamping of automotive components. /li liPrevious experience in the automotive industry, particularly in cold sheet metal stamping processes, is strongly preferred. /li liProven experience in the forming and manufacturing of automotive heat shield components will be considered a significant advantage.



/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of progressive die and transfer stamping processes. /li liUnderstanding of sheet metal forming technologies and stamping dies. /li liAbility to analyze and optimize process parameters. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /li liProficiency in structured problem-solving tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC). /li liKnowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA). /li liUnderstanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems. /li liAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing (GDT). /li liFamiliarity with automated manufacturing processes and production monitoring systems. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liGood command of written and spoken English Italian. /li /ul h3IT Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /li liKnowledge of 2D/3D CAD software (preferably AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent). /li liData analysis and reporting capabilities. /li liAbility to prepare technical documentation and presentations. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong problem-solving mindset. /li liExcellent analytical and decision-making skills. /li liContinuous improvement orientation. /li liAbility to work effectively within cross-functional teams. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities. /li liEffective prioritization and time management skills. /li liResults-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. /li liProactive attitude and hands-on approach to manufacturing challenges. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
