Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleThe Sales Engineer, in collaboration with the sales area manager, manages the sales process, through the proper definition of business proposals, in line with budget objectives and the Direction guidelines.The person will be involved in strategic activities with our network of global customers; flexibility to undertake some travels is paramount.The Sales Engineer:Collaborates with Sales Area Manager in the definition of sales budgets ensuring the strategic goals fulfilmentManages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results achieving assigned budgetsEnsures constant monitoring of the assigned market area in terms of current/potential customers, risks and economic trends supporting the 'Sales Area' manager in the definition of the most effective promotional activities for business development and consolidationEnsures proper formulation of offers in order to define, in collaboration with technical area managers, the functional requirements to be met managing both financial aspects and business negotiation processWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulMaster’s degree in one of the following fields: Mechanic, Automation, Electrical or similar fieldsExcellent command of the English and Italian languagesAvailability to travel abroad for approximately 100/120 days per yearAbility to create collaboration networks through companies and functionsAnalytical and critical thinkingGreat ability to work autonomously as well as in teamStrong self-motivation and dedicationOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.A range of additional benefits (e.G., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.Coesia is an equal opportunity employer.
