As the new system develops, you will gradually take on a larger role in workflow optimisation, automation, and digital process improvement. brThe ideal candidate should have strong logical and analytical thinking, good Excel skills and an interest in using technology to improve business processes. Main Responsibilities brMaintain and configure workflows on the low-code BPM platform brProvide technical support to internal users and assist with system-related queries brIdentify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve business processes brSupport payment processing, expense management, and other finance administration brManage data imports and exports between business systems brSupport internal control processes including P2P, contract management,
and TE activities brDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using business data brWork with the CFO and Finance Manager to understand business processes and propose practical improvements Ideal Candidate brAt least 2 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, IT Support, or a related area brStrong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to structure processes and conditions brIntermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and table management brExperience using SaaS or cloud-based services brInterest in low-code/no-code tools and business process automation brExperience with Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar platforms would be advantageous brBasic accounting or administrative experience would be advantageous brItalian and English language skills Conditions brLocation: Suburb East of Turin in Italy brWorking Style: office-based role brSalary: €42,000-€45,000 per annum (depending on experience)brJob Type: 12-month initial contract with strong potential for renewal and long-term employment brWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (1-hour lunch break)brStart: ASAP We regret that we cannot accept applications from Working holiday, Graduate or Student visa holders. xrdbqlu brIf your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
