Such talent will report to a Retail Training Manager and collaborate with a team of other Retail Trainers in the Country Italy. /p p As a Retail Trainer, you will develop our Beauty Advisors skills, supporting them in delivering the best customer experience and in celebrating everyone’s beauty and uniqueness. /pp In this role, you will: /p ulli Deliver on-the-job training and organize sessions – in store and online – on products, selling techniques and application techniques. /lili Cascade guidelines and training contents developed by the Global Retail Training team,
