p ️ Construction Project Manager – Milan /pp bMilan, Italy /b /pp bConstruction | Project Management | Built Environment /b /pp bPermanent / Contract opportunities considered /b /ppbr/ppWe’re supporting a leading multidisciplinary design and project consultancy in Milan with the appointment of an experienced bConstruction Project Manager /b to support the delivery of complex building and real estate projects. /ppbr/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover. /ppbr/pp The Role /ppWorking closely with clients, design teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across the project lifecycle. /ppKey responsibilities will include: /ppbr/pp✅ Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover /pp✅ Coordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teams /pp✅ Managing project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedules /pp✅ Monitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performance /pp✅ Supporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processes /pp✅ Managing client, contractor and stakeholder relationships /pp✅ Reviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delays /pp✅ Coordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirements /pp✅ Managing variations, changes and project reporting /pp✅ Supporting commissioning, snagging, practical completion and final handover /pp✅ Ensuring projects are delivered safely,
