YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting callsDiagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentationGuide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activitiesManage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level AgreementsEnsure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issuesCollaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service qualityYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSTechnical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical roleStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotelyAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentCustomer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to workAbility to work independently and within an international teamAvailability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysExperience with electrical systems, electronics, networking, ticketing systems, remote diagnostics, log analysis, or EV charging technology is considered an advantageProfessional fluency in English and either German or French is mandatoryOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesTotal compensation starting from € 38,000 gross per year,
