Territory Sales Manager – Dental Implants (Piedmont, Italy)
Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience selling directly into dental practices?
Established Search is hiring on behalf of a leading dental implant manufacturer seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive new and existing business across the Piedmont (Piemonte) region of Italy. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on business development, clinical education, and building long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, and implant clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined territory by developing strong, ongoing relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and implant-focused clinicians.
- Drive new customer acquisition through targeted prospecting, practice visits, and relationship-led selling.
- Deliver product presentations, educational sessions, and hands-on demonstrations to support product adoption.
- Support clinicians with implant workflow discussions and product solutions to meet their clinical needs.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Attend local study clubs, congresses, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within established guidelines.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and clinical support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and territory updates.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' field sales experience, ideally within dental implants, dental devices, biomaterials, or related dental products.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with private practices, implantologists, and specialists.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong territory management and account planning abilities.
- Fluent Italian language skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of implantologists and dental professionals within Piedmont.
- Experience selling dental implant systems or clinically focused dental products.
- Strong understanding of implant workflows and the needs of implant-focused practices.
- Previous success growing market share and developing long-term customer partnerships.
