Overview
In this role you will expand and manage a partner ecosystem to drive SaaS/mobile solutions across cybersecurity, ERP, and cloud infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to align partner programs with company goals and enable partner-led sales. You will shape GTM strategies, oversee partner lifecycle, and measure performance to maximize revenue and expansion opportunities. The role combines remote work with frequent local travel in Milan, requiring fluency in Italian and English and strong presentation skills. This is an opportunity to scale a growing partner network and make a measurable impact on go-to-market success.
Responsabilità
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners (VARs, system integrators, MSPs, resellers)
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead gen to enablement and performance optimization
- Conduct market research to target high-potential partners aligned with the SaaS portfolio
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs
- Track partner KPIs (pipeline, deal registration, revenue attribution) and provide forecasting
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner executives to ensure mutual success and growth
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align programs with company goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years in B2B solution sales to large accounts as new business hunter or sales rep/manager at reseller/system-house or software vendor
- Experience managing full sales cycle from acquisition to closing with proven track record
- Experience in selling Mobile Applications, SAAS, or Enterprise Mobility Management solutions to large accounts (asset)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- MS Office skills
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Solution-oriented, results-driven, professional attitude
- Self-sufficient with ability to work from home and adapt to changing environments
- Valid driver’s license for frequent local travel
