Overview

In this role you drive supplier quality and development to strengthen ABB’s supplier network. You collaborate across procurement and engineering to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements and support world-class performance. You will promote continuous improvement, run supplier audits, and sustain quality systems to exceed customer expectations. The position centers on preventing issues, root cause analysis, and robust quality management in a global context.

Responsabilità

- Promote ABB Quality Wins techniques for supplier-focused continuous improvement
- Plan and conduct technical audits of suppliers
- Monitor Supplier KPIs and drive actions to protect quality
- Plan supplier validation/qualification audits including sub-tier suppliers
- Conduct process audits for Supplier NPI




- Develop and maintain the IQMS Integrated Quality Management System
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering to ensure compliance with quality requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or similar)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role
- Knowledge of plastic and metallic parts manufacturing processes and validation
- Knowledge of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and Quality Wins methodologies
- ISO9001 / ISO-TS certification knowledge
- Fluency in Italian and English
