We are seeking a bilingual Continuous Improvement Specialist/Manager to drive Lean transformations, eliminate operational waste, standardise SOPs, and seamlessly align local European site operations with global HQ standards. /ppbr/ppThe Mission Core Scope /pullistrongThe Mission: /strong Lead site-level Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization initiatives across warehouse departments, driving measurable productivity improvements, cost reductions, and operational standardization. /lilistrongThe Scope: /strong You will act as the strategic process bridge between local European warehouse operational teams and global Chinese engineering/operational excellence HQ, analyzing operational data and deploying global best practices. /li /ulpbr/ppCrucial Expectations Performance Targets /ppTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /pollistrongProductivity Bottleneck Elimination: /strong Lead cross-functional Kaizen events resulting in tangible throughput rate increases (UPH) across Inbound, Sorting, and Outbound cells. /lilistrongCross-Border Technical Alignment: /strong Translate, adapt,



and implement global HQ process standards into local site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% operational fidelity. /lilistrongCost Defect Reduction (DPMO): /strong Identify process failure modes and deploy root-cause corrective actions (5-Why, A3, 8D) to reduce defect rates and operational cost-per-unit. /lilistrongLean Culture Coaching: /strong Deliver training on Lean tools, 5S standards, and Gemba walk frameworks to site managers, supervisors, and floor leads. /li /olpbr/ppPosition Requirements /pullistrongContinuous Improvement Expertise: /strong Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading Lean, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement projects within a high-volume warehouse, automated fulfillment center, or manufacturing plant. /lilistrongLanguage Requirement (Strict): /strong strongFluent/Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory /strong to enable seamless technical and operational collaboration with global HQ teams. . /lilistrongTechnical Analytical Mastery: /strong Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
