/lili Ensure readiness of repair procedures, technical documentation, service information, and diagnostic tools. /lili Coordinate technical training strategies and ensure network preparedness. /lili Oversee the implementation and communication of recall and service campaigns across markets. /lili Govern Technical Assistance processes, ensuring alignment on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul pb Drive Product Quality Technical Excellence /b /pulli Act as the technical reference point for assigned vehicle platforms and products. /lili Provide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners. /lili Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to identify and develop repair solutions for emerging technical issues. /lili Support critical and escalated cases, including complex field issues and high-impact customer situations. /lili Analyze feedback from markets and service networks to proactively identify quality trends and improvement opportunities. /li /ul pb Monitor Performance Continuous Improvement /b /pulli Track and analyze key Aftersales performance indicators across global markets. /lili Drive actions aimed at improving repair effectiveness, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. /lili Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the technical service network. /li /ul pb WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /b /p ulli Minimum b8 years of experience /b in Aftersales, Technical Services, Product Support, Technical Assistance, Engineering, Quality, or related automotive functions. /lili Proven experience working in b international and cross-functional environments /b . /lili Solid understanding of b vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair processes /b ,
and b technical problem-solving /b methodologies. /lili Strong b technical aptitude /b and understanding of b vehicle design, functionality, diagnostics /b , and repair principles. /lili Hands-on experience with b aftersales processes /b such as Technical documentation, Diagnostic tools, Warranty management, Recall and service campaign execution, Technical assistance and Service procedures and workshop operations. /lili Good knowledge of b Aftersales systems and tools /b , including SBOM, Parts Catalogue, Forecasting, Order Management, OBT, Warranty systems and DMS platforms. /lili Experience in Parts Supply Chain processes is considered a strong asset. /lili Excellent b analytical and problem-solving capabilities /b with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. /lili Strong b customer-oriented mindset /b with a passion for delivering outstanding service quality. /lili Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and cultures. /lili Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. /lilib Fluent English /b(written and spoken) is mandatory.
