Reporting to the Service Quality Manager this position will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to dealers and customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role acts as the primary point of contact for after-sales activities, warranty management, technical assistance, spare parts support, and dealer training, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. brScopra se questa possibilità è adatta a lei leggendo tutte le informazioni riportate di seguito. brMain accountabilities: br• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partners br• Manage warranty claims and related documentation br• Ensure timely and effective responses to technical inquiries br• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers br• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities br• Deliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations,
and at Blupura facilities br• Support dealers in developing their technical capabilities and product knowledge br• Management of technical-commercial communication aimed to DACH customers br• Support the Sales Department with spare parts inquiries and quotations br• Assist dealers and customers in identifying the correct spare parts and service solutions br• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely warranty order processing and delivery. xrdbqlu brRequirements: br• Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, After-Sales Service, or a similar role br• Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is considered a strong advantage br• German language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)br• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal br• Strong customer orientation and communication skills br• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach br• Availability to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally for dealer visits, training activities, and customer support. brWorkplace: brRecanati (MC)- Italy brBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary): br€25,000 - €30,000
