KEY REQUIREMENTS
Availability to work flexible shifts, including opening (6 am) and closing hours (9pm) Own means of transportation and full mobility required Smart, intelligent, fun, goal orientated, and driven by integrity Excellent English and Italian, a third language is a plus Retail Leadership experience in a vertically integrated company Knowledge of the Markets is an asset Hands On mindset Self-starter Accessories experience is an important plus Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
