We are distinguished by our in-depth industry insight and 35+ years of experience as a reliable global partner for clients and suppliers.About the position:We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics).Responsibilities:Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European marketsOwn P&L performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitabilityDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesOptimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency)Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growthPartner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiativesEnsure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controlsRequirements:5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distributionStrong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance, combined with solid FP&A and commercial finance expertiseSolid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through,
