Overview

As an AI Solutions & Automation Engineer at Ateme, you design, build, and deploy internal tools that reduce repetitive tasks and boost cross-functional efficiency. You’ll work at the intersection of full-stack development, generative AI, automation, and business understanding to address real business needs. You’ll prototype quickly, deliver end-to-end internal solutions, and ensure secure, accountable AI practices. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to scale reusable components across teams. This role offers the chance to shape internal workflows at a video delivery leader and contribute to impactful, measurable improvements.

Responsabilità

- Work with business teams to identify high-impact, repetitive tasks and define expected benefits
- Prototype proofs of concept and MVPs, iterating with user feedback
- Develop end-to-end internal tools including UI, backend, workflows, and integrations
- Integrate with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence,



SharePoint) with proper access control
- Industrialize solutions with testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation
- Apply security and responsible AI practices including data protection and risk management
- Define and track adoption, quality, and efficiency metrics with stakeholders
- Create reusable components and contribute to a shared architecture for cross-team reuse

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Full-stack development with Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, UI design
- Generative AI expertise: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, tool calling, orchestration
- System integration: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, enterprise APIs and connectors, identity management
- Cloud and DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring, deployment
- Product thinking and user adoption focus
- Security and governance practices for data, secrets, auditability, and documentation
