Founded in 1980 and currently headquartered in Luxembourg, Adepa provides clients with support oriented to give tailor-made solutions for ideas in a global financial world in Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Chile.ACCOUNTING APPLICATION SUPPORT (Multifonds) - OfficerMain responsibilities:As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Accounting Application Support Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team. He/she will also manage “out-of-platform” requests for data extraction and general reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.(*) Multifonds is a top-tier platform for management of UCIT funds.Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.Handle and track user request, incidents,



and data-related queries.Perform basic checks on accounting data / mismatches.Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.Maintain accurate documentation of request and resolutions. Contribute to the knowledge database.Data extraction from informational databases.Qualifications and experience:University degree in accounting, finance or equivalentGood knowledge of investment funds and main financial productsProven experience on UCITS accountingFluent in English, any other language is an advantageGood knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Macros…)Experience on data manipulation.
