pb Supply Chain Manager /bpu Location /u : Province of Naples, Italy /ppu Company /u : Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications /ppu Mission /ub : /b Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management. This role is crucial to our operations, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide. /ppb Key Responsibilities: /b /pollib Procurement: /b /li /olulli Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective raw materials and components sourcing. /lili Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. /lili Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability. /li /ulollib Supplier Management /b /li /olulli Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships. /lili Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions promptly and effectively. /lili Monitor MP cost increases and support any resulting commercial actions. /lili Maintain the Supplier Register (including the criticality and performance values) /lili Evaluate the performance of current suppliers and implement corrective actions. /lili Renegotiate/define new supply contracts with suppliers, price lists, and minimum/maximum order amounts, and find alternatives where necessary (strategic purchases). /lili Analyse Megatron's suppliers, and for each item, select at least three suppliers, defining the first and second choice among the three. /lili Monitor the correctness of the Megatron code/Supplier code/Description correspondence. /lili Ensure that each purchase order line is associated with the corresponding delivery date confirmed by the supplier. /li /ulollib Inventory Management: /b /li /olulli Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise excess or obsolete inventory. /lili Implement inventory tracking systems to ensure the accuracy and availability of materials.



/lili Conduct regular inventory audits and analyse data to forecast future inventory needs. /li /ulollib Logistics: /b /li /olulli Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. /lili Manage shipping and receiving processes, including international shipments and customs documentation. /lili Optimise logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. /li /ulollib Compliance and Documentation: /b /li /olulli Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. /lili Maintain accurate records and documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics activities. /li /ulollib Continuous Improvement: /b /li /olulli Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. /lili Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain. /li /ulpu Requirements /u : /pp· b Must-haves /b /pp o Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /pp o Strong analytical skills. /pp o Technical Skills /pp o Experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /pp o Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics principles. /pp o Languages: /pp o Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above) /pp o (will be tested during the selection process). /pp o Advanced Microsoft Office skills: /pp o Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word (revisions, cross-references), PowerPoint (timed presentations)
