About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. including sales, project management, and RD, to align solutions with project goals. brServe as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. brContribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. brWhat You'll Need: brBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). brProficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. brExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. brStrong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. brStrong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. brFamiliarity with system simulation and design tools. xrdbqlu brProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
