· WINE & HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST
We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a Wine & Hospitality Specialist.
Our company is a renowned winery located in Montecarlo, near Lucca (Tuscany).
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team.
Work is scheduled to begin in October/November 2026.
The position is tempo pieno, with a commitment of 5 days a week (for a total of approximately 39 hours).
· RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests and conduct wine tastings, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience.
Guiding guests through the wine selection process and providing detailed information about our wines.
Set up and maintain wine tasting stations, ensuring they are clean, organized and well-stocked.
Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, maintaining cash registers, managing inventory.
Assist with wine shipments worldwide.
Manage reservations and bookings for wine tastings, including answering phone calls, responding to emails.
Assist with online marketing initiatives, also creating engaging contents for social media platforms.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
· QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with guests.
Knowledge and passion for Wine, including production processes and wine tasting techniques.
Previous experience in Hospitality, customer service or related roles preferred.
Strong proficiency in using PC and office softwares (mainly Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with online Booking sofwares to manage reservations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable behaviour.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on weekends.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
