pb ROLE /bp Per essere preso/a in considerazione per un colloquio, la preghiamo di assicurarsi che la sua candidatura sia pienamente in linea con le specifiche del lavoro riportate di seguito. brpb Project Controlling Specialist /b /p pb ROLE PURPOSE /b /pp The Project Controlling Specialist supports the industrial workstreams of the Value Creation Program (VCP), driving the identification, validation, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing, footprint optimization, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives. /pp The role is focused on b ensuring the successful delivery of cost savings and sustainable performance improvements /b across the organization. /p pb KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p pb Initiative Pipeline Management /b /pulli Support the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of industrial improvement initiatives. /lili Review and challenge key assumptions to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and properly documented. /lili Partner with Plant Managers and Finance teams to validate financial benefits and expected savings. /lili Assess technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and execution timelines. /li /ul pb Program Execution Coordination /b /pulli Coordinate and monitor the implementation of VCP initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. /lili Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities to accelerate execution. /lili Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, supporting mitigation actions when needed. /li /ul pb Operational Performance Monitoring /b /pulli Track operational and productivity KPIs, highlighting performance gaps, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and cost drivers.



/lilib Measure and report initiative progress /b , ensuring transparency on savings realization and operational impact. /lilib Collaborate with Finance /b to reconcile reported benefits and validate achieved results. /li /ul pb Cross-Functional Collaboration /b /pullib Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, /b and other key functions to ensure effective initiative delivery. /lili Support initiative owners in managing interdependencies and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date VCP roadmap. /lili Foster alignment between site-level activities and overall program objectives. /li /ul pb REQUIRED SKILLS /b /p ullib5-8 years of experience /b in manufacturing / industrial operations environments, gained in b Financial / Controlling /b roles. /lili Strong understanding of productivity improvement levers, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives. /lili Proven ability to b analyze performance data /b and translate insights into actionable recommendations. /lili Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and plant organizations. /lili Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. xrdbqlu /li /ul pb OFFER /b /p ullib Salary range: from €45.000 to €50.000 /b , that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /lili Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pb Location: /b Turin /p /p /p
